VC VC Marketing
Privacy Policy
Effective 15 September 2026 (text messages section added). Applies to vc-medspa.marketing and its pages.
This page says, in plain words, what we collect when you use this site, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed. We are a small marketing studio for medical spas, not a data company: we collect what we need to prepare your audit and talk to you, and nothing more.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, email, phone (optional), the website you want us to look at, and whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive text messages from us (with the time you sent the form).
- Technical details sent with the form: the page you were on (including any campaign tags in the address), your browser type and your IP address. We keep these to tell real requests from spam and to know which page or campaign a request came from.
- Site analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics and our own first-party visit counter (since 13 September 2026). Neither uses cookies or tracks you across sites. Our counter records the page viewed, the campaign tags in the address, the referring site, your country and device type, and whether the form was started or sent; it keeps a random identifier in your browser's local storage so repeat visits count once, does not store your IP address, and is switched off when your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal.
- Meta Pixel (since 13 September 2026): a small script from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) that records that a page on this site was viewed and, if you send the form, that a request was made. Meta uses it to measure our ads and to show them to people who visited this site. It sets Meta cookies in your browser and sends your IP address and browser details to Meta; we do not send your name, email or phone to Meta. Meta's own notice: facebook.com/privacy/policy. To opt out of Meta's ad targeting, use your Facebook ad preferences or block third-party cookies in your browser.
- Email you send us: anything you write to ceo@vc-marketing.ai.
Why we collect it
- To prepare the audit you asked for and send it to you.
- To answer you and, if you ask, to set up a call.
- If you agreed to text messages: to text you that your audit or website preview is ready and to confirm or remind you of a meeting.
- To keep spam out of our inbox.
We do not sell your details, rent lists, or share them with advertisers. We contact you only about the request you made. If you would rather not hear from us, reply STOP to any text, reply to any email asking us to stop, or write to us, and we stop.
Text messages (SMS)
Our form has a separate, unticked box for text messages. We text you only if you tick it, and only at the phone number you gave us. Ticking it is optional: you get your audit either way, and it is not a condition of buying anything.
- What we send: notifications about your own request — that your audit is ready (with a link), that your website preview is ready, and confirmations and reminders for meetings you booked with us. No promotional or marketing texts.
- How often: message frequency varies with your request.
- Cost: we do not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any text and we stop texting you; we send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email ceo@vc-marketing.ai.
- What we record: whether you agreed, when, and from which page, so that we can show your consent if asked.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Our messaging provider, Twilio, delivers our texts on our behalf and may not use your number for anything else.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full terms of our text messages are in our Terms.
Where it lives
- Form requests go to our own CRM, hosted on Render (EU region), and are visible only to the two people who run this studio.
- The site itself is served by Cloudflare.
- Email runs on Google Workspace.
- Text messages are sent through Twilio.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms; none of them may use your details for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Audit requests and the conversation around them stay in our CRM while we are in touch and for up to two years after the last exchange, so that we can pick the thread back up if you return. Ask, and we delete sooner.
Your rights
Write to ceo@vc-marketing.ai to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within a few business days. If you are in California or the EU, the rights those laws give you apply in full; you do not need to cite them.
Cookies
The Meta Pixel described above sets advertising cookies (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad). Nothing else on the site sets advertising cookies. Your browser may also store a small note of campaign tags for the length of your visit, so that a form you send from another page still tells us where you came from; it is cleared when you close the tab.
Changes
If we change what we collect, this page changes first, with a new effective date at the top.
